John Burt, the easiest way to download videos like this one (and from Youtube) is to use Firefox as your browser. (Google for 'Firefox' - it's written by Mozilla). It's free and has additional facilities, one being 'Download Helper'; this has a logo of three coloured balls, showing a video is avaiable to download. I recommend it.

I HAVE investigated CP so far as I am able without undertaking the training.
What I CAN say is that, having undertaken and arranged Management Development training for many years, and BEFORE CP was even established, well CP appears not much different. Just seems to me that THEY have hit a WINNING economic, and currently popular, but nonetheless DOOMED "Management Consultancy" type "formula". (like Tom Peters) . Their charitable status likely means that the Directors and operatives get bumper bonuses. And hey I AM a Chartered Secretary!
